RMA / Shipping back
Return Policy (For direct retail customers):
- This is not applicable resellers / distributors / drop shipping customers, if you do not buy the product from us directly, please contact your seller for all after-sale services.
- All the shipping fee is not refundable
- We will retain 25% (30~50% if the product has been discontinued or sold at discounted rate) of the product cost as a restocking fee.
- Customer is requested to notify us the product problems in 7 days after the delivery date.
- We need to receive the return in 42 calendar days from the date of your purchase, otherwise the refund / return request will be forfeited.
- We reserve all the rights not to process the Return if a merchandise is returned but not with all the accessories or not in original package. Some percentage of product cost will be charged even we finally accept the return.
- All the unthuorized returns will not be processed and the customer is liable for the cost for shipping back all the items from our warehouse.

- Exchange can be accepted only the the product is not used, unboxed and subject to 10% charges on top of the exchanged items and customer will need to pay the shipping cost for both the shipments.
How to return?
Please make sure that you have the following things:
- ORIGINAL Package
- All accessories and parts
- Letter of authorization of return (or the email that we have authorized your Return / shipping back)

Please consider to use a SIGNATURE-REQUIRED mail (unless we have otherwise instructed), and let us know the tracking number after shipping out so that both the customer and us can track online, we are not responsible for loss of shipment.
