Distributors / Resellers's policy

- Unless otherwise specified, all the descriptions in the corresponding product page are final, please make sure you are clear with the descriptions before placing orders to us.

- Unless manufacturer's defect found, all the goods are not returnable, non exchangeable and non refundable.

- If a product is sold via a reseller's / distributor's own network, the reseller / distributor is responsible for all the after-sale services. If the product is our own brand, what we can do is the warranty via the reseller / distributor.

- All the custom fees, import duty, charges... all the fees charged by customer's shipper and local government are the responsibility of the resellers / distributors. We are not responsible for such charges.

- Pay via Paypal (Standard Payment) is for retail customers only, if a distributor / reseller wants to pay via standard Paypal, it is subject to our approval and we reserve the right to have a maximum 6.2% (depending on Paypal's policy, please see the details here) transaction cost on top of the total amount levied. Direct Credit Card is not accepted. Credit Card payment via Paypal is taken as standard Paypal payments and may be subject to surcharges.

- For Resellers / Distributors, only Paypal Masspay / Paypal personal payment (others) / Wire Transfer / Western Union / Local Bank Transfer will be accepted, for details, please check the transaction cost here.

- For Resellers / Distributors, the shipping term is default - Ex works our facility, it means once we have the stock ready at our warehouse or office, we will inform the customer, the customer needs to have his/her own shipper comes to our office to take the goods and our responsibilities are final once the stock is taken by customer appointed shipper.

However, we understand that some resellers / distributors, for different reasons thay may need our help to ship, the term Ex Works HK is just a default option, not the only option, we still can help to ship via air mail, air parcel, EMS(Speedpost), FedEx, UPS, forwarder...
