ORDERING STEPS
If you do not want to register, you can skip the registration steps and purchase directly and check out with Paypal Express checkout. You will find such icon for that.
If you would like to have an account with us, you may go through these steps.
Step 1 Register (this is not necessary the 1st step, could be done during checkout)
Register in our system is to give us basic information for us to ship to you. If you fail to register in our system (or login to Paypal for payment), please consider to change to another browser, for example, if you are using Firefox, you may consider to change to Microsoft Internet Explorer (or other browsers) as an alternative to try. Alternatively, please try the following steps: Turn on the "All Cookies" function in your computer. For example, if you are using Internet Explorer, go to Tools/ Internet Options/ Privacy, and set the slider to "Medium High". The shopping cart will then record all the items that you have ordered.
Note that this shopping system is developed for ALL major browsers, e.g. Mozilla FireFox, Apple Safari, Microsoft IE, Google Chrome, and tested and proved compatible with, just that some of our customers had such experiences so we suggest it for your reference. Step 2 Find what you want
Find items by browsing at our site, if you know the exact url, you may simply type it and go. If you do not know the exact url, you may browse one by one, we've carefully categorized for you, and products should be easily found in minutes. If you don't like to browse one by one, you may use our search function on the top-left corner, the search results will be displayed to you in few seconds. If you cannot find the result, you may try to use some simple term, e.g. iPhone car windshield holder, you may just type "holder", or "iPhone" instead of the 4 words together (iPhone car windshield holder) as a search string. If you still cannot find what you need, and you believe we may have such item, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Step 3 Add items to Your Shopping Cart
Once you have found any items you need, just click the icon "Add to cart", and the item will be in shopping cart for your checkout. Note that some items will have some options for you, make sure you've gone thru all options before checking out. You may add as many items as you like until you've got all the items you want. When an item is added, you will be prompted to your shopping cart, click the "Shopping Cart" button whenever you would like to check out, otherwise, just shop as usual.
Step 4 Checkout Process
Once you press "Check Out", you will be prompted to login page. If you are a return (thanks and welcome!) customer, just do what you've done in your previous purchase (or simply, do whatever you are requested to do so).
If you are a new customer and still have not yet registered, please help to fill up the order form. We need some of your basic information to process your orders. All your contact information from the order form is used to send orders and information about our company to you (you may opt for "NO", then we will not send any promotional materials to you). Your contact information is used to get in touch with you should we have questions regarding your order or should we need to notify you the status of your order. The financial information we collected is used ONLY to bill you for products you purchased. You may see our privacy policy for information collected.
Upon making the payment, you will receive an order confirmation email from us and Paypal as well for reference or you can login to our system to check the order details.
If you failed to login to Paypal for payment, please consider to change to another browser. For example, if you are using Firefox, you may consider to change to Microsoft Internet Explorer (or Google Chrome, Apple Safari...browsers) as an alternative to try.
Step 5 Order Confirmation
Once an order is received, our system will send you an email for order details and other important information for your reference.

When you ship my order?
We normally ship your order in 2 ~ 4 business days, for details, please see the page for shipping for details.
Shipping Address
We can accept upto 500 shipping addresses for each Account (registrant) if you would like us to ship to your customers, friends, family, loves... in places that is different from yours. However, we reserve all the rights to ship your order to your Paypal(or payment acquirer) confirmed address.
Payment
1. Paypal, Paypal enables you to send payments quickly and securely online using a bank account or any major credit cards:
- Master Card
- Visa Card
- Discover Card
- American Express
- JCB
- UnionPay
If you have difficulties to pay to us via Paypal in the checkout process, we can still send an invoice to you via Paypal for payment.
2. Western Union
- We can accept this option conditionally and normally for trade orders.
3. Wire Transfer (please contact us for details)
- Strictly for bigger order amount and for net product cost less than US$1000, we will have the US$30~US$45 bank surcharge pass to you.

Do not have a Paypal Account
In some situation, Paypal accepts Credit Card without registering as a Paypal members, you may try or you may contact your local Paypal for assistance.
Finally, you may apply one, please copy this link (https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_registration-run) and paste in a new browser page to apply if you wish to have one to purchase in our shop.
Online payment Security
Security is important, regardless if you use credit, debit or Paypal none of your information is stored with us. All our transactions go through third party (e.g. Paypal). We receive an email that you paid, how many items with quantity and options and where to ship your order - we do not see your credit or debit information.
