How to use?
1. Clip the velcro strap onto the LED safety band, make sure the plastic hook is facing up.
2. Insert the velcro strap into the other hold of the band, and stick together to make a close loop.
3. put in on your arm / leg and tighten it. You can adjust the length o fthe velcro strap to get better fitting.
