Do you accept Wholesale / Resale orders? How to become your Reseller?

Yes, we accept wholesale / Resale orders. Please refer to our resale policy here.

Do you accept Drop Shipping orders? How to become your drop-shipping customers?

Yes, we accept drop-shipping orders. Please refer to our dropping shipping policy here.



Q:

Do you have a physical store? Can I pick up the order in person?

A:

We do not have a physical store but you can pick up the order in person or via your own courier, please make sure(e.g. confirm by our salesperson via email) we have the stock ready before picking up.

For retail orders, we cannot arrange store pick-up.


Q:

Do you accept currency other than US Dollar?

A:

For Retail orders, our shop is default to accept US Dollar, we also accept HK Dollar, we don't accept other currencies for retail orders.

For Wholesale and Drop Shipping orders, our system's default currency is US Dollar, but we prefer to receive HK Dollar and still can accept other major currencies, please let us know if you want to pay in other currencies.

Note there may be some surcharges for some currencies and some payment methods, please check the page about sending a payment to us.


Q:

What's the advantages for buying from you?

A:

We normally keep stocks in our own warehouse, so if a customer places an order to us, we can keep the lead time as short as possible. In case we don't have enough stock, as we are close to the world's manufacturing hub, we can restock in a very short time.

In additions to the short lead time, here we don't have sales tax, import tax / export tax (subject to the government's latest regulations or you may check with us for that).

To help our customers to minimize the shipping cost, we also have different shipping options, no matter it is an express shipment or shipping via international air mail, all are within our capabilities.
(For retail orders, the only option to ship is air mail / air parcel.)

Note that the default shipping method in our system is Air Mail / Air Parcel, once the payment is done and shipping method - Air Mail / Air Parcel is selected, we will ship as indications in the order while we reserve the rights to upgrade to other methods without prior notice. If you don't want to use other methods to ship, please specify before placing orders to us.

For Wholesale orders / Drop Shipping orders, to facilitate the order processing, we even can accept customer to pay in Paypal in the first 2 ~ 3 orders but we will only ship to Paypal confirmed address. Other alternative payment methods are Western Union,Wire Transfer...



Q:

Why some items are just allowed to purchase 1 unit?

A:

There are some reasons for doing that, e.g. it is an item to promote and we wish to have as many customers to test the item...



Q:

Why some items are just not allowed to purchase?

A:

For some items are just for display, we don't have stock in hand neither our supplier do, so if you would like to purchase, please let us know.



Q:

Why some items are just allowed to purchase at MOQ?

A:

We don't stock for all items although we stock more than 95% products listed in our shop. If the item is not a stocking item and there is a MOQ required by the supplier, we will have a MOQ restrictions for that too.

How can I track my order (for air mail / air parcel orders)?

We will send the tracking details to you once we shipped your order or you can login to see the messages / comments we've put on your order.

How can I login to track?

Note if you use Paypal Express checkout to pay, you might have skipped the registration process, in such case, you may not have a password to login.

Here is the way you can get a password.

Click the link heere and enter your email address then our system will automatically send you an email with new password inside. If you've forgotten your password, you can also use the same method to get a new one.

Western Union
If you are not sure that the online payments are secure enough, you may choose the Western Union Money Order option. You will need to send the money through your local Western Union Agent. Once you do this, please contact us providing the Western Union Money Transfer Control Number. Your payment will be processed as soon as we receive this information from you and verify it with Western Union.

Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer, T/T)

Paypal makes you able to send payments quickly and securely online using a bank account or any major credit cards as follows:

Q:

Why I was charged a low order fee?
A:For some situation, we will have a low order fee up to 6.2% (or a fixed amount) on top of the total ordering amount, it is to compensate the transaction cost in the payment process, e.g. if you make the payment (in US$) via standard Paypal.

You can be waived from such charges by sending the payment via:
- Western Union either in HK$ or US$,
- Bank Transfer in HK$ or in US$ (for net product cost more than US$1000) or
- Paypal Personal Paypment (or Masspay) in HK$ or US$(+2.5%).

Secure Sockets Layer(SSL)



Q:

Do you use SSL to protect my personal financial information?

A:

Please note that we don't ask any personal financial information in the whole proecess or ordering nor we will keep your personal financial information in our servers / computers / data base.

What we need is just some very basic information for us to ship to you. For all the payments, you indeed is sent to the payment acquirer, e.g. Paypal and the whole process is protected by SSL, you have no worries of any financial information will be leaked. Please let us know if you still have any questions.

Q:

I cannot add more than one item into shopping cart.

A:

For some reasons that some items are not allowed to purchase more than 1 unit(or a specific number), we are sorry for inconvenience caused. Your may come back later to see if we've removed the restrictions.
Alternatively, please try the following steps: Turn on the "All Cookies" function in your computer. For example, if you are using Internet Explorer, go to Tools/ Internet Options/ Privacy, and set the slider to "Medium High". The shopping cart will then record all the items that you have ordered.

How many coupon codes can I use at the checkout?

I want to cancel my order, what should I do?

A:

Please contact our Customer Service team for cancellation request. Please understand that we can only cancel orders that have NOT been shipped or NOT yet processed and we do not guarantee the cancellation request could be fulfilled as the order could have entered the shipping process or manufacturing process before we are able to cancel.

I want to change my order information or make some changes to the items I ordered. What should I do?

A:

We can not guarantee we can do that, but please still contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.



Q:

I checked the status of my order and it is on hold. Why is my order on hold?

A:

Orders are placed on hold for various reasons, if you found your orders are on hold, please contact us or check your email, we should have informed you so.

When should I expect my order to arrive?

We have:
- Pending: We've received your order and we will proecss asap / are processing your order.

- Proecessing: We are proecssing your order, please come back, we may change the order status very soon.

- Partial Paypment or Money Order: It means we still have not yet received the payment for the corresponding orders in full, please help to make the payment asap or contact our salesperson for details.

- Shipped: You order was shipped and is on the way to you / was delivered, please check the shipping infomration or our salesperson for details.

- Delivered: Our shipper has in some ways, showed us that the order was delivered.

- Refunded: Sorry, we did not proeces your order and has refunded via some ways, please check your mail box or with our salesperson for details.

A:A pre-order is that a new product that is still not yet in-stock and we accept customer to place order for that item and once it is in-stock, we can ship it out immediately, please see our the corresponding product page and our pre-order policy for details.

Back order policy (for retail customers only, not applicable to Drop Shipping customers / Trade customers)

Q:What is a back-order?
A:A Back-order is that an existing product that is out of stock and we are re-stocking from the supplier but we accept customer's order under such circumstance so customers do not need to keep monitoring our website for that product and we will ship out asap when it is in-stock, please see its corresponding product page and the back-order policy for details.

We don't recommend resellers / drop-shipping customers to use this option.

- Retail pack means the item is packaged in a form as what you can see in a normal street shop.

- Other type of packagings are Polybag, Bulk, Blister, Box. No matter which type of packaging, we guarantee the products are 100% good and brand new.



Gift Certificate

Q:Do you offer Gift Certificate?
A:Yes, we offer.
For reseller / dropping shipping customers, they even can use it as a way to pay deposit or pre-payment.
